1:48 Autoblinda AB41 photo-etched set is an accessory for a plastic kit of the Italian AB41 armored car in 1:48 scale that you have already bought, not a model in its own right.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of photo-etched parts cut for the plastic model of the Italian Autoblinda AB41 armored car in 1:48 scale, which is given in the name of the product. It does not hold the model itself. On a vehicle that in this scale almost disappears in the palm of your hand, what decides the result is precisely the detail in a thickness plastic cannot manage: grilles, hinges, grab handles and thin sheet covers.
The Autoblinda AB41 was an Italian four-wheeled armored car used in the Second World War for reconnaissance and patrol duty in North Africa, in the Balkans and on the Eastern Front. It had two driving positions, front and rear, so it could reverse practically as fast as it drove forward. In the turret it carried a 20 mm gun and a coaxial machine gun, and another machine gun pointed to the rear. The design with its high mobility and the spare wheels on the sides of the hull is very characteristic for a model.
On a vehicle of this size every millimeter counts - try the parts dry and glue them only once the position has been checked. Move the small photo-etched items with the damp tip of a toothpick or with tweezers with fine jaws; with your fingers you will bend them beyond repair. Degrease the whole model before painting and go over it with a base coat, so that the photo-etch and the plastic take the paint the same way and the shade does not jump anywhere. Italian desert camouflage stands out when you add thin translucent coats over the base shade and light dust in the lower areas and around the wheels.
This is an accessory set, not a kit. The base model, glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
