Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely cast resin barrels for the 12.7 mm (.50 caliber) Browning guns of the American B-25C/D Mitchell bomber in 1:48 scale. It is an aftermarket detail part that replaces the coarser or thick-walled plastic barrels from the base kit, not a standalone aircraft model.
The North American B-25 Mitchell was an American twin-engined medium bomber of the Second World War, powered by a pair of Wright R-2600 radial engines. It made its name with the raid on Tokyo in April 1942 and with service on every front. The C and D versions were early production variants with 12.7 mm defensive guns.
Resin parts call for more careful work than plastic: first wash the mold release residue off them, separate them carefully from the casting block and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding and cutting small parts. Apply a primer before painting. The thin barrels are fragile, so separate them carefully; the guns show to good effect once painted in a metallic shade with the muzzles finely picked out.
The part is supplied as a resin accessory, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
