The Eduard LööK set for a model of the Bf 109K-4 in 1:48 scale contains a painted resin instrument panel and steel seat belts. It is a refinement accessory, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detail set of the LööK range from the maker Eduard for the plastic model of the Bf 109K-4 fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but a refinement accessory for the cockpit. The set combines a factory painted resin instrument panel with faithfully printed instruments and steel (photoetched) seat belts. The instruments are flooded with clear resin, so they look like glazed dial faces.
The painted panel replaces the basic plastic part and solves the otherwise laborious painting of the instruments outright. The steel belts give the seat a realistic look and are pliable enough for a natural sag. The parts are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
The Messerschmitt Bf 109K-4 (Kurfürst) was the last large-scale production version of the famous German fighter at the end of the Second World War. It was powered by the powerful Daimler-Benz DB 605D engine and represented the peak of the development of the Bf 109 type.
This is a standalone detail accessory. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
