This is not an airplane model but a resin detail set intended to refine the kit of the British Bristol Beaufighter fighter-bomber in 1:48 scale. The set covers the entry doors of the cockpit and contains precisely cast resin parts supplemented with a clear part.
The Bristol Beaufighter was a British twin-engine fighter and attack aircraft of the Second World War period. It proved itself as a night fighter, a torpedo bomber and a ground-attack machine with exceptionally heavy gun and rocket armament, and it was committed to action on many fronts from the Atlantic to the Pacific.
First wash the parts free of the remains of the mold release agent, then cut them carefully off the casting blocks. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Do the sanding and the adjustments with respiratory protection. A filler primer and spraying with an airbrush are recommended before painting.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, the glue, the paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
