Eduard 1:48 F-16A MLU – 3D-printed cockpit is a detail set that replaces the cockpit of the F-16A MLU fighter model with highly detailed 3D-printed parts.

A complete resin cockpit set made by direct 3D printing in 1:48 scale from the Eduard Brassin range. It is not an aircraft model but a demanding interior accessory: it replaces the plastic cockpit with a detailed tub, instrument panel, seat and controls. Photo-etched parts and decals are included as well, to bring the pilot's space fully to life.
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is among the most widespread fighters in the world. After the MLU (Mid-Life Update) modernization the F-16A version gained new avionics and capabilities, thanks to which it remained in active service in European air forces for a long time.
Separate the 3D-printed parts from the supports, wash them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. The interior shows to best effect with careful painting, lightening of the detail with a dry brush and a fine wash. Photo-etched belts and panels will heighten the realism of the cockpit.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
