1:48 May Uprising 1945 Man with a Panzerfaust is a small resin figure of a Czech insurgent with an anti-tank weapon for aircraft and smaller military dioramas.
Responsibility details are not available.
This collector's figure in 1:48 scale portrays a Czech insurgent of the May Uprising of 1945 with a Panzerfaust, a captured German single-shot anti-tank weapon. The figure is cast in resin, or else 3D printed, and suits smaller military and aircraft dioramas, where it brings a scene to life with human scale. It is meant to be assembled and painted.
During the May Uprising of 1945 the insurgents in Czech towns faced German armor often with nothing but improvised and captured weapons. The Panzerfaust became a symbol of that unequal fight on the barricades. The figure of a civilian fighter with this weapon rounds out even smaller scenes from the last days of the war.
In the smaller 1:48 scale work carefully: wash the parts, cut away the casting blocks or supports and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Apply a primer and work the skin, the clothing and the weapon up in acrylics, picking out edges and shadows gently with a fine brush.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
