This is a resin (3D-printed) detail accessory, not a standalone kit. The set contains optional external additional fuel tanks for a model of the Douglas A-1 Skyraider attack aircraft, which the machine carried on the wing and under-fuselage hardpoints to extend its range and its endurance over the target.
The Douglas A-1 Skyraider is an American single-engine piston attack aircraft of the Korea and Vietnam period, famous for the long time it could stay over a battlefield. A combination of additional tanks and armament on its numerous hardpoints was typical of its combat missions.
Clean the uncured print resin residue off the tanks, separate them from the print supports and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Fit them onto the appropriate pylons according to the configuration you choose. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
