The Artwox Model 1:700 deck masking sheet for a model of the battlecruiser Kongo in her 1914 form is a set of self-adhesive masks for spraying, not a kit.

Self-adhesive masks from Artwox Model for spraying the deck of a model of the Japanese battlecruiser Kongo as she was in 1914. The sheet is cut to the outline of the deck surfaces, so the edge of the wooden planking comes out sharp without tracing it by hand with tape. The set is cut for one specific kit, the Kajika KM70001.
Masks of this kind can be used not only for the outline of the deck but also to suggest the plank laying. The procedure is the same as for the outline, only you work with a far finer pattern: a light base, the template laid on top and a light overspray of paint one tone darker create the impression of seams without gluing any extra layer onto the model. The effect is restrained, which in 1:700 scale is exactly how it should be, because planks that are too contrasty look coarse on a small model.
Drying is the key. Let every coat really cure, not just go off; do not stick a mask onto a soft film, because you will tear it off when you remove the mask. Degrease the plastic before you start, press the edges of the templates down with a toothpick and spray thinly. Pull the template off at a shallow angle while the paint is freshly dry. Finally, unify the deck with a matte varnish.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a standalone model. The kit and paints are not included in the package.
