Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American destroyer USS Hammann (DD-412) from the Tamiya brand in 1:700 scale, in the Waterline version. The hull is rendered only above the waterline, so that the model can be displayed as if under way on the surface. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
USS Hammann (DD-412) was an American destroyer of the Sims class taken into service before the Second World War. Among other things she became known at Midway, where she assisted a damaged aircraft carrier and was sunk by a Japanese submarine. Her armament consisted of guns, torpedoes and depth charges.
Glue the injection-molded parts with liquid modeling cement for plastic. The model is built as a waterline version; the fine armament and the deck can be complemented with photo-etched parts, railings for example. It can be painted with a brush as well as with an airbrush, and a primer is advisable. A water base or a separate stand suits it for display.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
