A resin seat with seat belts for the Avia B.534 in 1:72 scale from the Czech brand Quickboost (Aires) — a finished cockpit detail with cast belts.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail part for more experienced modelers, not an airplane model. The exactly cast pilot seat with seat belts replaces the plastic part from the kit of the Czechoslovak Avia B.534 biplane in 1:72 scale. The belts are part of the casting, so the laborious build from photo-etched parts or foil falls away and the cockpit gains an accurate, three-dimensional look at once. The accessory is made by the Czech brand Quickboost (Aires).
The Avia B.534 was a Czechoslovak biplane fighter of the 1930s, regarded as the peak of biplane fighter development. It was powered by a license-built Hispano-Suiza engine and became famous for its excellent agility. In its day it was among the best machines of its category and it was still in use in the opening stages of the Second World War. It is exactly its pilot seat that this part refines.
First wash the part in lukewarm soapy water so that the remains of the mold release from the mold disappear. Cut off the casting block with a knife or a saw, sand the mating surface and glue the seat in with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The cast belts come out once painted and lightly picked out with a dry brush. Protect your airways with a respirator while sanding resin.
An accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
