Eduard 1:72 B-17G seatbelts STEEL (photo-etched belts)

This set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard contains pre-painted photo-etched safety belts made of steel. It is not an airplane kit but an aftermarket accessory intended to upgrade the interior of a plastic model. Steel etching holds its shape after bending better and faithfully imitates the sag of the straps, so the seats in the cockpit look realistic.

Use

• It replaces flat belts molded into the cockpit or printed as decals with fine three-dimensional straps with buckles.
• The parts are pre-painted, so the laborious masking and painting of the individual fittings falls away.
