Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the training biplane Bücker Bü 131 Jungmann in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer RS Models. It is a typical short-run kit completed by a decal sheet that allows the machine to be built in the Romanian civil markings associated with the aviator Nadia Russo. Thanks to the fine engraving and the clear layout, it offers a small but striking piece of aviation history.
The Bücker Bü 131 Jungmann was a German two-seat training biplane of the 1930s which, thanks to its excellent flying qualities, spread to a number of countries and was also built abroad under license. It served for basic and aerobatic pilot training and many examples are still flying today. The Romanian Aeroclub used it in the prewar period for sport and training flights.
With short-run kits it pays to dry-fit the parts first and to clean up the molding edges where needed. Glue the struts and the bracing of the biplane patiently once the fuselage and the wings have dried; the rigging wires can be added with fine filament. A gloss base under the decals and a final matte coat will bring out the fine detail.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
