A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from Xtradecal. It offers markings for the two-seat Vampire T.55 trainer in the colors of overseas users. The decals are in accurate register and will complete unit as well as national markings.
The de Havilland Vampire belonged to the first generation of jet fighters, with a characteristic twin-boom tail. The two-seat T.55 training version was intended for instruction and was exported to a number of countries, where it served for decades. Different operators used differing national markings and striking finishes, and this first part is devoted to them.
Work over a smooth gloss varnish. Cut the marking out, dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and slide it onto the surface of the model. For perfect settling into the detail, use softening and setting solution and finally go over everything with a protective varnish in the degree of gloss you want.
This is a stand-alone set of decals. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
