A detailed 3D-printed resin set for models of the General Dynamics F-111D tactical bomber in 1:72 scale. It holds a complete cockpit with colored 3D decals for the instrument panels and consoles, which will replace the simplified plastic interior. It is an accessory, not an aircraft model.
The General Dynamics F-111 was a two-seat tactical bomber with a variable-geometry wing. The F-111D version received upgraded avionics with displays that were advanced for their time. The crew sat side by side in a shared cockpit which could be separated as an escape module.
Wash the parts free of print resin residue, cut them away from the print supports and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The colored 3D decals are applied like wet decals and save you the laborious painting of the instruments. Before you fit the cockpit, check that enough room will be left once the fuselage is glued together.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the model are not included in the package.
