The real subject

The Focke-Wulf Fw 190A was a German single-seat fighter of the Second World War with the BMW 801 radial engine. The control stick in the cockpit worked the elevator and the ailerons and also carried the armament controls.

Building and painting tips

Wash the part to remove any mold release residue, separate the casting block carefully and bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The thin part calls for careful handling because of its small size. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
