Plastic kit Handley Page Hampden B.Mk.I in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Valom - the British twin-engine bomber of the early Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
Injection-molded plastic kit of the twin-engine bomber Handley Page Hampden in the B.Mk.I version in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Valom. The model combines injection-molded plastic parts with resin and photo-etched parts and contains decals for Royal Air Force marking variants.
The Handley Page Hampden was a British twin-engine medium bomber with a narrow fuselage, for which the nickname the Flying Suitcase caught on. Its engines were Bristol Pegasus radials. The B.Mk.I version made up the basic bomber form and in the first years of the Second World War it served with Bomber Command on night raids.
With a short-run model, count on careful cleaning up and adjusting the fit of the parts. Finish the cabin interior and the narrow fuselage before closing it up. Wash the resin parts free of the mold release agent, and glue the resin and photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate. For a dark night camouflage an airbrush is the right tool.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
