About product

1:72 Italian aerial torpedo A.130, variant 2 – a 3D-printed accessory (77propeller)

This is not an aircraft kit but a standalone 3D-printed resin accessory. It is a replica of the Italian aerial torpedo A.130 from the period of the Second World War in 1:72 scale, in the variant 2 rendition. The torpedo can be hung under the fuselage of Italian torpedo bombers and so complete their armament into a credible form.

The real subject

Italian torpedo aviation was among the feared opponents in the Mediterranean during the Second World War. Aerial torpedoes were carried above all by three-engined aircraft, which were able to attack Allied ships effectively. A faithful torpedo is the key element of the armament for such a model.

Use and tips

  • Hanging under the fuselage of a model of an Italian torpedo aircraft in 1:72.
  • Wash the residues off and separate the 3D print supports carefully.
  • It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue; sand the fine surfaces with your breathing protected.

Who the accessory is for

  • For builders of models of Italian aircraft of the Second World War.
  • For modelers who are missing faithful armament.
  • For the more experienced, used to 3D-printed parts.

The accessory is supplied unpainted and without the base model, unless stated otherwise.
