A photo-etched accessory set in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, intended for refining a plastic model of the Japanese Mitsubishi J2M3 Raiden fighter. Photo-etch usually brings details of the cockpit, the instrument panel, the seat belts and other fine features that injection-molded plastic cannot capture. It is not a model but a set of details for more advanced building.
The Mitsubishi J2M Raiden (Allied code name Jack) was a Japanese interceptor of the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service in the Second World War. It was designed for a fast climb and for combat with bombers, with a powerful engine and a rugged structure.
Separate the parts from the fret, shape the thin elements and bond them with super glue. Paint the unpainted parts according to the instructions; the colored elements are printed at the factory. Tweezers, a magnifier and patience all pay off.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not an airplane model. The model itself, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
