US 20 l jerry can 1:72 is a 3D printed resin accessory of the American twenty-liter can for dioramas in the small 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a 3D printed resin accessory, not a model of its own. It depicts the American twenty-liter (five-gallon) can of the Second World War in the small 1:72 scale. It serves to load vehicles and to bring dioramas to life.
The Allies took over the proven design of the German standard can and produced their own version. The American version differed in the details of the closure and the pressings and usually carried lettering and a star. The can was used for fuel and for water and became an indispensable part of resupply.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water and let them dry. In a small scale, separate the tiny supports with a sharp knife, or after warming in hot water. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Given the size, an olive base, fine dry brushing of the edges and a hint of patina are enough.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
