This is a finely 3D-printed accessory from the Czech manufacturer Firma49, not a standalone model. The set brings the thin protective guards (cages) that shielded the headlights of the American Sherman tank from damage in the field. The parts are printed to 1:72 scale and are almost as thin as photo-etched parts, so they replace the coarser plastic version from an ordinary kit.
Carefully separate the very thin parts from the print carrier with a sharp knife and clean them up lightly. Glue them with a small amount of cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), ideally using tweezers. Degrease the parts before painting and apply a primer; then blend them in with the color of the tank and a light wash.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
