This injection-molded plastic kit from Kinetic captures the modern multirole fighter General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin F-16C/D Block 52+ in the Polish Air Force version, in 1:48 scale. The package allows either the single-seat or the two-seat variant to be built and contains a rich load of underwing stores. The model is intended to be glued and painted.
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is one of the most widespread fighters of today. The Block 52+ form is powered by a Pratt and Whitney engine and is marked out by conformal fuel tanks (CFT) on the spine, which extend its range. The Polish Air Force operates these machines as its main tactical fighter and strike platform.
Use a thin cement for plastic, and aftermarket belts will improve the cockpit and the ejection seat. Apply a primer before painting, lay the camouflage down with an airbrush and bring out the panel lines with a thin wash. Assemble and paint the rich armament separately and fit it only at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
