Static grass from Heki in a winter version, fiber length 2 to 3 mm, a 100 g package. A short fiber is intended for low, grazed and dry growth, that is for exactly the way grass looks outside the growing season.
Winter grass is faded, pitched toward yellow-brown and grayish tones. It comes into its own in scenes from late autumn, from a winter without snow and from early spring, and just as well on dry places at any time of year: on road shoulders, on compacted ground by buildings and between tracks. A length of 2 to 3 mm corresponds in 1:87 scale to growth roughly 17 to 26 cm tall, and in 1:35 scale to about 7 to 10 cm.
For builders of dioramas and layouts who compose growth from several lengths and shades. Winter grass will also serve as a base under a longer fiber: first a continuous short layer, then tufts of taller grass only in islands. A 100 g package will do for a large area.
The package holds static grass only. The glue, an applicator and a surface are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
