A parked aircraft is not secured with a brake but with chocks placed under its wheels. The mechanics put them in place as soon as it stops, during refueling and the whole time the machine stands on the surface. On a diorama a chock under a wheel is therefore a small thing an experienced viewer notices at once, and its absence at a standing machine is jarring.
The package consists of twenty-four chocks in 1:72 scale. Because a chock is placed both in front of a wheel and behind it, the contents will do for twelve wheels, that is for several machines on a common apron or for one large aircraft with multi-wheel landing gear. The high number of pieces is the main difference from the smaller sets of the same series, which are enough for only one model.
The set is intended for builders of larger airfield scenes in 1:72 scale where several machines stand side by side and the individual sets of a few pieces are not enough. The package contains only the chocks. Models of aircraft, a base, figures, paints and glue are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
