A set of highly accurate airbrush masks for a model of the German shipboard reconnaissance seaplane Arado Ar-196 A-3 in 1:32 scale. These are not decals or a kit but self-adhesive masks with which you spray the national insignia, the lettering and the stencils straight on in paint. The result has no decal carrier film and looks like markings that were really painted on.
Sprayed markings blend better with the surface, create no silvering or visible film edges and take subsequent washes and matting with no risk of peeling. The masks cover the chosen national insignia and technical stencils of the model and suit a clean result that is true to scale.
The ground must be smooth, clean and thoroughly dry. Seat the mask carefully, press the edges down and spray thin coats of well thinned paint so that it does not creep under the mask. Take the mask off while the paint is still slightly supple. With multicolored insignia work layer by layer.
The accessory is supplied on its own. The target kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
