This universal set from the manufacturer Quinta Studio contains colored 3D decals of the instruments and dial faces of British aircraft of the Second World War in 1:32 scale. The individual gauges are printed on a backing decal paper, they have a real three-dimensional relief and accurate coloring including the scales and the labels.
The gauge is cut off the sheet, soaked for about fifteen seconds in lukewarm water and slid off the backing paper onto the instrument panel or a side panel. The elements have no adhesive layer of their own and hold on a gloss clear coat (Future, Klear or Tamiya X-22); on complex surfaces a drop of super glue helps, and on a matte surface the element will not hold.
Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as their chemicals attack the printed resin. Thanks to their universal conception the gauges will serve in the superdetailing of various British cockpits of that era.
