Spitfire Mk.I early - Browning .303 barrels with flash hiders and an early gunsight is a turned brass set for the Eduard kit in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A precisely turned brass accessory from MASTER for the early version of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I fighter from the Eduard kit in 1:48 scale. The set replaces the plastic muzzles of the .303 Browning machine gun barrels with metal parts carrying the period flash hider and adds the early type of gunsight as well. The result is a markedly finer and more faithful rendering of the armament and the cockpit.
Early Spitfire Mk.I aircraft carried eight .303 Browning machine guns in the wings, and their muzzles with flash hiders were a conspicuous detail of the leading edge. The early type of gunsight completes the authentic cockpit equipment of the start of the Second World War.
The accessory will appeal to modelers who want to lift the detail of the armament and cockpit of an early Spitfire above the level of the standard plastic parts.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
