A detail set from Reskit in 1:32 scale, made by 3D printing in resin. The package contains two Red Top air-to-air missiles with a true shape of the body, the fins and the seeker head. It is not an aircraft model but an armament accessory with which you can arm a model of a British jet fighter of the period.
The Red Top was a British infrared-guided air-to-air missile carried by British fighters of the Cold War. It extended the possibilities of the older Firestreak missile with a longer reach and a more effective seeker head. It formed the typical armament of British jet fighters and interceptors.
Wash the uncured print resin residue off the parts, cut them from the 3D print supports and clean them up. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways when sanding resin. Check the fit on the pylons of the base model before gluing.
This is a resin accessory (2 pcs). The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
