Quinta riveting 3D decals with rectangles and rounded shapes (1:32)

A modeling aid for riveting from Quinta in 1:32 scale. These are relief 3D decals with pronounced raised rivets printed on them, arranged into rectangles, rounded rectangles and ovals. It is neither a kit nor a paint: it is an accessory with which you quickly and evenly complete missing or sanded-away riveting on the skin of a large aircraft, vehicle or ship model. Both the size of the rivets and their spacing are matched to the large 1:32 scale; separate variants with a finer spacing serve the smaller models.

How riveting decals are used

• Pick the shape or the row you need and cut it out of the sheet
• Transfer it as a wet decal to the place where the rivets belong
• Let the relief settle onto the surface with a decal softener
• Once dry, varnish it over and work it into the weathering like ordinary riveting

Who the aid is for

For modelers of the large scales who want faithful, pronounced rivets without laborious punching with a riveting wheel. It is useful above all after filling and sanding, when the original riveting has disappeared.
