This is NOT a helicopter model but a small resin detail set, accurately cast windscreen wipers for the Mil Mi-8 / Mi-17 transport and multipurpose helicopter in 1:35 scale. The fine resin parts replace coarse or entirely missing wipers from a plastic kit and give the pilot's cabin a realistic detail. According to the product name they are intended for the Trumpeter kit.
The Mil Mi-8 and its modernized Mi-17 version are among the most widespread helicopters in the world. They serve in transport, cargo and armed roles with dozens of countries. The windscreen wipers are a small but prominent feature of the front of the cabin, which catches the eye on a model straight away.
Separate the small parts carefully from the thin casting block with a sharp knife, wash the mold release agent off them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Spray the wipers in a dark shade and fit them only at the end of the build so that they are not damaged during handling.
The set contains resin accessory parts. The kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
