About product

PANZER ART 1:35 half-tracks with snow and mud for German three-axle trucks

This resin set adds a tracked conversion to the rear driven axles of German three-axle trucks, in the spirit of the Maultier half-track conversions, in 1:35 scale. The run is cast with a relief of snow and mud. It is not a vehicle kit but a detail set that raises both mobility and realism in winter and muddy scenes.

What the set is for

The accessory is intended for models of period German three-axle trucks, on which it replaces or supplements the rear running gear with a tracked variant. The cast snow and mud unify the look and save work with putty.

Building and painting tips

Wash the parts clean of mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and glue them with super glue. Lay down a primer before painting. Snow is created by layering light tones, mud with brown washes and pigments; gloss effects add the impression of wetness.

Who the set is for

  • Modelers of German three-axle trucks
  • Builders of winter and off-road dioramas
  • Anyone interested in a realistic half-track conversion

The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.

FAQ

Models of period German three-axle trucks, where it adds a tracked conversion to the rear axles.

No. It is a resin running gear accessory. The base model has to be bought separately.

The relief is cast in the resin; it is enough to paint it and fine-tune the effects and pigments.
