Injection-molded plastic set Specialist and Robots in 1:35 scale from Meng. Modern bomb disposal specialists in protective suits and two robots.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set in 1:35 scale from Meng. The theme is modern: the box contains two figures of American bomb disposal specialists in protective blast suits and two ground robots with their control units. The set brings figures and modern equipment together into an interesting contemporary scene.
Explosive ordnance disposal work deals with identifying and destroying unexploded ordnance and improvised explosive devices. On a call-out the specialists use heavy protective suits and send remotely controlled robots into the dangerous area. The set captures two real types of American ground robots used for reconnaissance and for neutralizing charges, together with their control computers. It is a factual rendering of contemporary military and security equipment.
Separate the figures and the robots from the sprue, clean up the parting lines and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Apply a primer before painting. The protective suits have smooth surfaces where an even airbrush coat shows to advantage, while the robots come to life with technical weathering, rubbing and light edge highlighting. Choose the colors according to modern field schemes.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
