This is a resin, 3D printed accessory from the Ukrainian brand Reskit, not an airplane kit. The package contains a pair of underwing auxiliary fuel tanks of 1200 liters in the French form for the Jaguar attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. The parts have a smooth surface, faithful mountings and fine surface detail.
The SEPECAT Jaguar is a British-French attack aircraft. The French machines (Jaguar A) routinely carried large-capacity drop tanks, which extended the range on strike missions flown at low level. External tanks are therefore part of the typical combat configuration of this aircraft.
Separate the parts from the print supports, clean them up and wash them free of print resin residue. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Paint the tanks according to the scheme of the airframe and match the shade; pick out the mountings and the dividing seams with a fine wash.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
