A resin detail wheel set intended for models of the Swedish Saab 37 Viggen multi-role aircraft in the AJ-37 and SK-37 versions in 1:48 scale. The accurately cast parts replace the plastic wheels from the box, with a fine tire tread pattern and a faithful hub shape. It is an aftermarket accessory, not an aircraft model.
The Saab 37 Viggen is a Swedish supersonic aircraft with a distinctive canard layout that filled strike, reconnaissance and training roles from the 1970s. The AJ-37 was the strike version and the SK-37 the two-seat trainer. The Viggen had massive landing gear suited to taking off from and landing on short stretches of road.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting stubs and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond the resin with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The tires come into their own in a matte black-gray and the hubs in a shade matching the version you have chosen.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. It is not a model in its own right but a detail set; glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
