This is NOT a model but a colored relief decal on a decal backing paper supplemented with resin parts for detailing the two-seat cockpit of the Soviet fighter-bomber Su-17UM3. Intended for the Hobby Boss plastic kit.
An element with raised, full-color detail – the instrument panels of both cockpits, the side consoles, the switches and the belts. It has no adhesive of its own; once soaked it slides off the paper and holds on a gloss coat. It takes the place of laborious painting of the dials and of photo-etched parts.
The Su-17UM3 was the two-seat combat trainer version of the Soviet jet with a variable-geometry wing, widespread in the air forces of the Warsaw Pact countries.
An accessory for the Hobby Boss kit. The model and paints are not included in the package.
