Omask 1:48 Su-7 BKL/BMK – cockpit painting mask is a set of self-adhesive masks for painting the glazing frames of the model precisely.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely shaped self-adhesive masks for painting the cockpit frames and the other clear parts of a model of the Soviet Su-7 fighter-bomber in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit nor an airframe part but a painting aid that makes masking the canopy frames faster and more exact when spraying.
The Su-7 Fitter was a single-seat supersonic fighter-bomber from the Sukhoi design bureau of the turn of the 1950s and 1960s. It was marked by a strongly swept wing and a powerful jet engine; the versions designated BKL and BMK were adapted for operation from poorer runways. The aircraft served with a number of Eastern Bloc air forces.
It will be valued by modelers who want clean cockpit frames without the lengthy cutting of tape, and by anyone who wants to save themselves the most laborious part of masking on this type.
The mask holds no paint and no glue; it serves only for masking while spraying. The model, paints and other accessories are not included in the package.
