Omask Masking Set, Bloch / Aero MB-200 (1:72) — self-adhesive masks for the bomber's cockpit glazing.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of self-adhesive masks from Omask, designed for the twin-engine bomber Bloch, or its licensed version Aero MB-200, in 1:72 scale. The masks apply precisely onto the frames of the aircraft's large, angular glazing and, when sprayed, produce sharp edges with no paint bleed. On this aircraft, with its richly segmented cockpit and nose glazing, the set saves considerable time compared with laborious hand-masking with tape. The masks are prepared for the specific MB-200 kit in this scale.
The Bloch MB.200 was a French twin-engine bomber from the 1930s with a high-mounted wing, fixed landing gear and an angular glazed nose. In the second half of the 1930s it was license-built by the Czechoslovak firms Aero and Avia as the Aero MB-200 for the then Czechoslovak Air Force. Although the design became outdated quickly, it let the air force quickly acquire a more modern all-metal bomber.
This is a masking aid, not a model. Paints and the kit are not included in the package.
