Replacement F100-PW-220 engine exhaust nozzles in the closed position for F-15 models in 1:72, cut for the Revell kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The rear part of an aircraft tends to be the weakest place on models in small scales. The kit maker builds the nozzle up from halves, a seam is left on its edge and the wall comes out thicker than it should be in 1:72. Replacement nozzles get around that problem: they carry the shape in one piece, with a thin edge and with the division of the outer petals that an injection mold cannot manage. The set is cut for the Revell kit with the F-15 aircraft.
The nozzles match the F100-PW-220 engine carried by the A, B, C and D versions, the early E and the Japanese J. The F-15 Eagle is a twin-engine air superiority fighter, and its two-seat strike form is called the Strike Eagle. Later Strike Eagles received a more powerful version of the same engine line and look different at the rear, so the set does not suit those. The closed position of the petals belongs to a machine with the engines shut down, as you see it standing on a ramp.
The replacement nozzles are supplied according to the list on the package. The aircraft kit, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
