A resin kit of the British Morris CS9 light armored car in 1:72 scale, in the version for the North African campaign. The model is made up mostly of cast resin parts supplemented by brass photo-etched parts and a decal sheet with several marking options. It is a kit for experienced modelers used to working with resin.
The Morris CS9 was a British light armored car developed before the Second World War. A small number of these vehicles saw action in the fighting in France in 1940 and the remaining machines went on fighting in North Africa. The vehicle carried either an anti-tank rifle or a machine gun, and in the desert it received a characteristic finish and additional equipment.
Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand with breathing protection. Glue the parts only with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Use a primer before painting to even out the resin surface. An airbrush suits the desert scheme; refine the weathering with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
