The tire and the hub are usually laid out so that they can be masked and painted separately. The set is intended for more advanced modelers who want a more faithful landing gear.
The H-3 Sea King is an American multi-purpose helicopter with a boat hull, originally developed for anti-submarine warfare and for search and rescue duties. It served with the navy and other branches for transport, rescue at sea and coastal patrol work. Operating over water and from decks put particular demands on the landing gear.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Resin is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the tires dark gray rather than deep black and dust them lightly; choose the hubs according to the particular aircraft. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
It is supplied as an unpainted resin wheels set for more experienced modelers. It is not a model of the helicopter; the plastic kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
