A Tamiya lacquer thinner of 250 ml with an added drying retarder. It serves for thinning Tamiya lacquer paints before applying them with an airbrush or a brush. The retarder extends the drying time of the paint, so the lacquer flows out better and forms a smoother and more even surface. At the same time it reduces clouding and whitening of the lacquer (blushing) when spraying in a humid environment.
For modelers who spray lacquer with an airbrush and want to reach a smooth surface with no graininess, and for those who spray in a warmer or more humid environment, where an ordinary thinner dries too fast and the surface clouds over.
A flammable liquid on a solvent base. Use in a well-ventilated area, away from open flame and sources of ignition, and keep out of the reach of children. Avoid inhaling the vapors and contact with the skin and eyes.
