Mr. Color orange is a saturated signal orange. A lacquer paint, 10 ml, suitable for warning surfaces, rescue equipment and trainers.

Orange appears on aircraft and vehicles where a surface is meant to be seen: on the wingtips of trainers, on life rafts, on warning stripes and on items that are removed in service. The shade is saturated and clean, with no shift toward red, so it really does look like a signal color.
Chemically this is a volatile lacquer binder, and water will not thin it. Only the product from the same range serves for thinning, roughly one to two parts to one part of paint. The bottle holds 10 ml. The dried film is hard and stands up to masking tape, which is useful on warning stripes.
On trainers it pays to spray the orange areas first and only then mask for the rest of the scheme. Over a darker color the orange would need markedly more coats and would lose its brightness.
On warning items it pays to keep the shade clean and undirtied. Precisely because they are meant to be seen, in practice they were kept in better condition than the surfaces around them.
