A saturated green from a high-coverage gloss lacquer range with a volume of eighteen milliliters. It covers in fewer passes than standard shades.

The range this shade belongs to differs from the basic offering of the same manufacturer in a higher proportion of pigment and in the resulting gloss. The paint covers the base in one or two passes even where an ordinary tone needs three, and once dry it leaves a smooth surface that no longer has to be gone over with a gloss clear coat. That will be appreciated above all by builders of cars and robot models, where the gloss is part of the final impression.
The green tone is clean and saturated, close to automotive finishes. It is used on bodies, cowlings and robot parts, but also as a base under transparent shades, because its smooth glossy surface does not disturb them and lets them come out. Another advantage of the hard film is that masking tape can be lifted off it shortly after drying without damaging the surface.
Apply several light coats rather than one heavy one, otherwise the saturated pigment runs and forms ridges at the edges. A short pause between coats is enough. Wipe the neck of the bottle after pouring, so that the cap does not stick next time, and close the bottle firmly, because the solvent otherwise evaporates quickly.
The behavior at an oversprayed masking edge is also worth noting. High coverage means that the edge closes sooner, that is, with less material, and the step at the boundary of two colors stays lower. On models with divided fields that shows in the final flatness of the surface.
