Vallejo True Metallic Metal SHADE, Dusken Green

A water-thinnable acrylic paint from the True Metallic Metal (TMM) line by the Spanish brand Vallejo, intended for shading metal tones. Dusken Green is the dark, satin matte, non-metallic variant of the color family of the same name. It is applied over a metal base, runs by capillary action into recesses and engraved lines, deepens the mid tones and creates contrast without suppressing the brightness and sheen underneath. The paint is heavily pigmented, flows smoothly and is fully mixable with the other shades of the line. The bottle holds 18 ml.

Use

• Applied over a metal base as a shading layer for a metal look with relief and realism.
• With a brush for picking out detail deliberately, or thinned with water for smooth transitions in the shadows.
• Its thin consistency means it can also be used with an airbrush with no further thinning.
• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
