A plastic profile of a ready-made railing in white polystyrene from Plastruct. The section is roughly 11.1 mm high, 19.1 mm wide and 150 mm long; the proportions match a railing at a scale of about 1:100 (HO). It is a ready-made modeling material for building your own elements, not a model kit.
The profile is easy to shorten with a blade to the length needed and to glue with cement for plastic or with cyanoacrylate glue. Once primed, white styrene takes ordinary modeling paints.
