Italian Green Camo

Italian Green Camo — an acrylic paint from AMMO of Mig Jimenez

A water-based acrylic modeling paint in a green shade whose name refers to Italian camouflage schemes. It is thinned with water or with the same manufacturer's acrylic thinner, applied with a brush and with an airbrush alike, and once dry it can be painted over with further layers without trouble. The volume of the bottle and the degree of gloss are given on the label. If you need an exact match with a standardized shade, check it with the manufacturer.

This is an opaque acrylic paint, not a weathering product. Do not confuse it with oil products or effect products, which are thinned with solvent and serve for patina, not for a base coat.

Who the paint is for

For modelers of equipment and dioramas who build multi-color camouflage schemes and work with water-thinnable acrylics. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. On smooth plastic the paint holds far better over a filler primer. Soft camouflage transitions are achieved with lower pressure, a greater nozzle distance and heavily thinned paint; sharp edges, in contrast, call for a mask, for example a modeling putty or kabuki tape.

Keep out of the reach of children and close the bottle carefully after use. When spraying with an airbrush, use respiratory protection and ventilate well, even though this is a water-based paint.
