About product

Mr.Paint NATO Brown RAL 8027 (30 ml)

The brown of the Mr.Paint modeling range representing the shade RAL 8027, which is one of the three colors of the modern three-color NATO camouflage used on armored and military vehicles. It is a paint on a lacquer base, pre-thinned and ready to spray straight from the bottle; once dry it gives a very thin, smooth film with a silky matte surface. It works best together with the other shades of NATO camouflage (green and black). The paint is meant exclusively for the airbrush.

Use

  • Ready for the airbrush; with a nozzle of about 0.3 mm usually with no further thinning
  • Suitable for three-color NATO camouflage on tanks and military vehicles
  • Spray in thin coats at low pressure onto a clean, degreased surface
  • For fine techniques thin it with the lacquer thinner of the same range; clean the tools with lacquer thinner

FAQ

It is the brown color of the modern three-color NATO camouflage used on tanks and military vehicles. It comes into its own best with the matching green and black.

This is a lacquer-based paint. It is pre-thinned and intended exclusively for the airbrush; it is thinned with lacquer thinner, not with water.

With an ordinary nozzle of about 0.3 mm it is usually ready to spray; for fine techniques it can be thinned further with the lacquer thinner of the same range.
