Responsibility details are not available.
A water-thinnable acrylic from the AK 3rd Generation Acrylics range for an airbrush, 17 ml. It sprays like a lacquer, but it is thinned with water or with AK acrylic thinner, never with lacquer or cellulose thinner. The paint is non-toxic and non-flammable.
Radome Tan (FS 33613) is a pale beige, slightly yellowish shade used on the radomes - the dielectric antenna covers and radar nose cones - of American aircraft. Because of how the antenna works, a radome could not be covered with a metallic or an ordinary camouflage finish, so on an otherwise gray or camouflaged machine it stood out as a lighter beige patch. The shade is therefore a key detail for a convincing nose on many modern aircraft.
For modelers of modern aircraft who want to get the beige radome right.
A water-based acrylic: non-toxic and non-flammable, but work with good ventilation even so. It is not part of a model.
