Plastruct Rectangular Strip 1.0 x 4.0 mm (length 250 mm)

A precisely extruded plastic (polystyrene) profile of rectangular section 1.0 x 4.0 mm and 250 mm long. It is not a kit but a modeling material for your own work (scratch-building) and for adding detail. White polystyrene cuts, sands and glues easily and takes ordinary modeling paints.

Use

Girders, stiffeners, strips, frames and edges when building structures and dioramas.
Replacing damaged or missing parts and making your own detail.
Work in model railroading, architecture and on plastic models.

Usage tips

Cut with a sharp modeling blade and level the ends with abrasive paper. Glue with liquid cement for polystyrene, which welds the surface of the joint. A primer before painting gives even coverage.
