Arabic Girl / Teenager (number 3) from the manufacturer MAiM is an unpainted civilian figure in 1:24 scale for modern and Middle Eastern dioramas.
Responsibility details are not available.
The third numbered variant from the range of Arabic civilian figures by the manufacturer MAiM. This figure of a young girl in 1:24 scale is supplied as an unpainted casting, which the modeler cleans up and primes before painting. Civilian figures of this kind are among the most useful accessories for modern dioramas, because it is they that give a scene scale, life and a story.
The figure comes into its own in urban and rural pictures with a Middle Eastern flavor: markets, streets, yards or ordinary scenes of everyday life. Thanks to the 1:24 scale it can be naturally combined with cars and vehicles of the same size and with the other figures of this civilian range, for instance with variants number 1 and 2 or with the set of a woman with a boy. A group of several civilians around a vehicle or a stall looks more believable than a lone figure and sells the atmosphere of the place to the viewer at once.
First wash the casting in warm soapy water, clean up any marks left by casting and lay on a thin coat of primer. Skin comes out well with the layering of acrylic paints from the shadows up to the highlights, and matte acrylics will handle the clothing; gentle shading with oil paints will give the cloth depth. A final matte clear coat evens out and protects the surface.
The figure is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and other accessories are not included in the package.
