It is not a kit of a vehicle, but an accessory — unpainted figures that bring both the cab and the surroundings of the vehicle in a diorama to life. The castings are supplied with casting blocks, which have to be cut off and cleaned up before the build.
The Faun L900 was a German heavy truck of the Second World War period, used above all as a tractor for carrying vehicles on a lowboy semi-trailer. The figures match the crew of such a truck, that is figures in the working clothing of a driver and an escort. You will find the particular poses and the layout of the figures in the illustration on the packaging.
Wash the castings in lukewarm water with detergent first — remains of the mold release agent otherwise prevent the paint from adhering. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a cutter and sand the surfaces down, and protect your airways while sanding resin. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue, as a cement for plastic will not help here. Apply a thin primer before painting. With figures in the cab it pays to try the seating dry first, because the space behind the wheel tends to be tight and the position of the legs and arms is often adjusted by sanding the mating faces.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
